Synopsis:

MIND U is a 36-minute documentary short film that examines the mental health issue facing today's college athletes. Told from four distinct perspectives, the film weaves together multiple narratives in an effort to help reduce the stigma of asking for help.

An exploration of how college athletes deal with mental health issues - including stories of turning tragedy into education about suicide.
